HAPPEN @ Jalan Besar is a creative space that is designed to host a wide variety of events that will create an unforgettable experience for you and your guests. The unique venue is furnished with a suite of equipment and facilities, catering to a wide spectrum of events ranging from corporate events such as business meetings, seminars, workshops and product launches to recreational events like team-bonding, cohesion, award ceremonies, celebrations and many more.

Located within a restored shophouse with high pitched-roof ceiling and classic timber shophouse windows which allows natural lighting to ood the space during the day, it gives a sense of airiness and spaciousness. The space is also designed with accents of yellow which brings a refreshing and modern look. The space is approximately 1,700 sqft and is able to comfortably accommodate up to 70 guests in various living spaces. Seating capacity for a presentation in the living room is 50 guests. The space is furnished with a unique custom-built three-tiered platform seating which can serve an array of creative uses. The furnitures are modular which allows exibility in changing the layout to suit your event’s requirement.

The Vibe Space

The Vibe Space is one of the only spaces in Singapore that feature a clubbing and party-like atmosphere. We have a range of lighting equipment similar to those used in clubs (lasers, smoke machines, moving heads, disco lights etc).
One unique part of our space is the bali garden themed balcony which gives guests the impression of chilling in a forest resort. Smokers will enjoy the experience at the balcony with gentle night breeze and garden benches.

The Moon

The Moon is an independent bookstore, cafe and event space based in Singapore’s historic Chinatown. The curation of books at The Moon shines a light on the stories of so many wonderfully talented authors, creators and makers who may have slipped under the radar of the mainstream. Our selection highlights writers and stories who have been historically excluded from the centre of publishing and we pay special attention to books by writers of marginalised genders, writers of colour, queer writers, and writers who write in translation. We also stock a variety of merchandise from creators based out of Singapore and the Southeast Asian region. You can always discover something new on The Moon.

HUONE, a unique concept
Meetings are old news. As soon as there were two cave people working together they were holding meetings about how best to take down a mammoth. Or holding one to discuss the agenda for a conference about taking down the mammoth. We at HUONE think a meeting should never feel like banging two rocks together.

That’s why in 2012 we launched HUONE in Helsinki, the nordic nations’ hotbed for innovation. We’re disrupting the boring, old meeting industrial complex.
