You may have spotted the donation prompts while you order your McSpicy meals if you’ve ever used the self-ordering kiosk in a Singapore McDonald’s location. All donations made through the kiosk go to Ronald McDonald Charity House, a nonprofit that works to enhance the health of sick children by offering free accommodations for their families to remain nearby. You may help the hospital personnel and the families of sick children directly by volunteering with them.
Ronald McDonald House Charities aims to keep families of sick children close. Situated at level 4 NUH, it’s located just next to the PICU ward for sick children. RMHC believes that when a child is hospitalized, especially in PICU, a family’s love and support are as powerful as the strongest medicine prescribed. RMHC is a registered society and charity focusing on the critical needs of these sick children. Kudos to the charity for their efforts. – Hua Mulan

A hidden gem in Singapore with quality that far outstrips the price. I like their tempeh, rendang, poh piah, and cozy ambiance. They have a well-curated grocery that has a wonderful selection of supplements, snacks, and veggies. They also have a loyalty system that gives discounts to return customers.
