We decided for lunch here after hearing feedback of it’s beef. The taste and the tenderness of the Hida 🐮 is as expected, while the Kagoshima is slightly less tender. Shabu Sai doesn’t shy away from the unusual, including dishes like mala sour vegetable soup and tonkotsu papaya soup. The ‘yin yang’ soup pot, which has two distinct flavors, is another option.

Although this institution is not Japanese, the attitude is the same. This is Xiabu Xiabu’s first foreign location; it is originally from Taiwan. A complimentary serving of the mushroom soup base is included with each individual dual pot, along with your choice of soup base. Before going to the condiments bar to obtain your sauces and free-flow noodles, choose your meat set and a drink. Desserts made of shaved ice are served in an endless quantity to cool you off.

Tampopo offers a great kurobuta shabu shabu set in addition to bowls of soba, crispy katsu, and pieces of very fresh sashimi. The broth, which is simmered with tofu and mushrooms, will enrich you. And if you really must bring some of its sliced kurobuta home with you, do so! Simply prepare a soup, and you may have delicious, high-quality meat ready in a matter of seconds.

Since 2012, this little restaurant has been dishing out scorching hot pots of chicken collagen soup. It even has a farm of its own in Kyushu! The hens are sent in small quantities and are reared using organic practices and thorough quality control. Although we advise choosing the original flavor, other options include sukiyaki, white miso, and even a spicy version. Choose your protein, carbohydrates, and vegetables before seeing the collagen jelly dissolve into a filling soup. Chicken nanban and nikumaki onigiri are additional sides.
It has been many years since my last visit. It was around 5plus and there was no queue so we decided to have an early dinner. Glad to say the food still tastes as good as I remembered. Ingredients were fresh and a substantial amount was given. The Australian beef slices and chestnut pork slices were soft and tender. Goes really well with the condiments.
