We had heard good things about Ivy’s Hainanese Mutton Soup after enjoying the Hainanese beef stew at the Hainan restaurant in Jewel Changi. Ivy’s appears to be Singapore’s top Chinese mutton soup. Been eating this kambing soup for about 30 years now, way back from my childhood when I’m still staying at the area. The taste never really change and it is still the best kambing soup you can find in Singapore. This time I ordered a medium size ribs soup for $10. Bread is optional at $0.50 per plate.
