Nice taste for the teppan chicken, I was fortunate as seems the restaurant was permanently closed during the bad covid phase, and now they are open after fewer covid restrictions. The portion is a bit small approx 70% of full adult stomach capacity, but for me just nice as I don’t like to eat till 100% full. – Rusman HL

You can locate this distinctive and well-known Fukuoka udon right in the center of the CBD. There are very few halal versions of the Hakata udon that Fu-men is famous for, which is often only found in Japan. If you’ve never had Hakata udon before, choose a bowl of either the Gobo Tempura Udon or the Chicken Tempura Udon. Tempura undoubtedly adds the ideal crunch to a dish that is primarily soup-based.
