The first authentic Texas barbecue in Asia can be found at Decker Barbecue. They begin with the best meats Singapore has to offer. Add some of their top-secret rub (hint: salt and pepper) and place the meat on the Dallas, Texas-made custom smoker for up to 16 hours. The best Texas barbeque in the world is then yours to enjoy.
The fundamental tenets of Decker Barbecue are straightforward cooking and authenticity. They take responsibilities as Texas’ ambassadors very seriously and aim to replicate the experience we would have in Texas in Singapore. Quality meats, the age-old practice of low and slow smoking, truthful pricing, and Southern hospitality are thus the main priorities.
There’s nothing special about it, and we’ll eliminate the pretentiousness permeating Singaporean restaurants. Simply delicious food, copious beverages, and terrific music are available for in-person dining, takeout, home delivery, and catering.
Ordered takeaway direct from the restaurant and it didn’t disappoint. In fact the quality and quantity of food wowed all my guests. Delicious Texas-style BBQ that is not so easy to get in Spore. The brisket was especially well done. As was the fried cauliflower and wings. The sauces were outstanding too. – Kevin Ang

In 2011, Luke’s Oyster Bar & Chop House debuted on a lonely lane next to Singapore’s thriving Chinatown neighborhood. The finest oysters, seafood, and produce from Boston were intended to be offered.
The eatery immediately developed a reputation for providing exquisite seafood, knowledgeable service, and a lively downtown atmosphere. Many people today view Luke’s as an institution that honors significant achievements and memorable occasions in life.
Ten years later, the Travis Masiero Restaurant Group, as it is now known, consists of just six restaurants, each of which upholds the group’s exceptional standards of quality and consistency.
Definitely one of the best quality restaurant food I have had in Singapore for a while. The food is superb and there’s no fault about it. Patted our big bellies as we leave. Will recommend it to anyone to dine. It would have been 5 stars but 1 star was taken away (my personal opinion) because I felt that no one touched the table to ask how our meal was / if we enjoyed ourselves etc.. overall a great experience. – Helena

The succulent, juicy meats smoked in-house utilizing specially flown-in American smokers are the specialty of this vibrant, modern smokehouse. Its beef brisket is delicious and has just the right charred and fatty parts, while the Nashville chicken chop is expertly battered. If you’re traveling with others, order the mother of all platters (it feeds five).
Pastrami burned ends, sausages, fried buffalo wings, spring rolls made from brisket, tomahawk steak, beef short rib, and spicy pork ribs are all included in one order. You can choose from a variety of craft brews on the beverage side. However, we strongly advise you to partake at least once of the fabled pickleback, a whisky shot chased with pickle brine.
Awesome BBQ. Love the Beef Brisket. Grill to perfection, juicy & just dissolve in your mouth. Pork Chop Truffle is awesome too. Meat is super tender and tastes best with the special mustard sauce. Great place if you don’t mind paying the slightly higher quantum price. Don’t forget the Red Wine as it helps bring out the taste. – Viking T

Firing up an authentic barbecue experience, this joint slow roasts and smokes all its meaty mains with a secret blend of seasoning and wood chips carted in straight from the US. Feast on ribs and beef brisket seasoned in a special dry rub and doused in BBQ sauce – or chow down on burgers, jalapeno poppers, and wings smothered in a tangy, smoky sauce. Add in some cold beer and live music, and you’ve got yourself a true taste of the American South.
Hidden gem. Excellent place for Americans to smoke bbq and cosy place to hangouts with friends the whole night. Find out their weekday promo, you can topup your happiness at here 🙂 Observant staffs esp the angmo boss, definitely will patronize again. – Kopihao

You should add this diner to your list if you’ve ever wanted to go to one in the United States. We appreciate this place’s classic furnishings completely. Just picture vintage record players, neon signboards, and flooring with black-and-white checkered patterns. Get your fill of traditional mac and cheese, crispy bacon topped with creamy scrambled eggs, and other all-day American breakfast favorites.
Very cute place which sticks to its American diner theme. Wait for food was a little long but was well worth it when it came. Had chicken waffles and rosti. Both dishes were really good and value for money at the price (no gst and service charge) – Edmundzycheong

OverEasy, inaugurated in 2009, is situated by the water and offers panoramic vistas of the Marina Bay skyline. The interior is a contemporary take on the traditional American restaurant highly influenced by the edgy, bright attitude of the 1960s and 1970s. It breathes a friendly environment into the business district.
This American eatery is perfect for any gathering because of its quirky ambiance and dressed-up but casual food. The truffle burger (wagyu beef, truffle mayo, Swiss cheese, sautéed onions, and mushrooms) and truffled lobster mac and cheese are the menu’s standout items. But beer can chicken, an entire roasted chicken filled upright with a beer can is everyone’s favorite. We advise having milkshakes and root beer floats with all that substantial food.
A classic American diner in SG. Place was cozy with a nice alfresco view. Jam-packed with patrons so kudos to the staff because they were doing their best to accommodate all the customers. I had The Truffle Burger and it was superb. My friends ordered Buttermilk Fried Chicken and The “To-Die-For” Burgers (both were just okay). I enjoyed their Broccoli and Avocado Salad (with quinoa and feta). It was so light and refreshing. Overall, I’ll definitely come back to try the rest of their food – John David

If you’ve ever visited New York, you know that bagels are a significant deal. With its hand-rolled bagels evoking the Big Apple, Two Men Bagel House comes pretty close.
Enjoy loaded treats like Elvis (candied bacon, caramelized banana jam, peanut butter), Hangover Helper (bacon, scrambled eggs, cheddar, tater tots, and parmesan aioli), and Primal (smoked brisket, cheddar, chimichurri, and charred peppers).
The menus at each location vary for variety, but the basic bagels with schmears are consistently excellent.
One of the best bagel restaurants in Singapore. Definitely, the to-go place if you are craving bagels in town. All the garnishes are thoughtfully crafted and well-compiled. The stand-alone bagels, on the other hand, are amazing, it is crunchy but yet soft inside. Just like how a bagel should be. – Vincent Liew

I absolutely love this place. The burger is great, and the portions of sides are generous. I had the buttermilk chicken burger, and it came with a sides of coleslaw. The chicken patty is crispy and light, and not dry. Ordered some fries and hotwings and the portion was generous. There were chilli curly fries that came with hot wings, and pretty decent. The wines are cheap at $6/glass as well. – Kayden View

Overall experience was pretty good. The food is decent as we had the signature chicken with waffles & watermelon. Food came fast enough but thinks that cos chicken was ready & just being heated up under the heating lamp. Nothing wrong with that as chicken was warm still. Chorizo & scallops pasta was nice.
Fast & brisk service..not too difficult getting their attention as we were seated on high chair where the open kitchen was. – Gp Tan
