The custom-made grills at this popular modern Australian restaurant, which opened in 2013, steal the show. Although the menu constantly changes, the beef tenderloin and Blackmore’s cube roll are absolute must-orders that will leave you craving for more.
The restaurant also debuted its bakery division last year, which offers a variety of bread, scones, tarts, cinnamon buns, and the hugely famous doughnuts. It takes work to get a box of those doughnuts, just like it does to make a reservation at a restaurant, but the effort is definitely worth it.

Its menu options are rather conventional and uncomplicated. Choose your favorite USDA prime beef cut, and watch it come to your table sizzling hot: petite filet, T-bone, New York strip, ribeye, porterhouse (for two).
Nice rib eye steak, bathed with a lot of butter and served on a hot plate (you may want to adjust the doneness). I tried the petite fillet too. It was good, but I prefer the rib eye.
