Leopold Gastrobar

Klaus Leopold, a native Austrian, owns and manages Leopold Gastrobar at 96 Tanjong Pagar Road, a bistro-style Austrian, Swiss, and German restaurant, cocktail and wine bar. The Alpine cuisine with Austrian, German, and Swiss roots is served in the 40-seat restaurant. The concept was to establish a space where people could feel at ease because of the ambiance, comfort, cheap rates, and the quality of service and items available. In addition, Leopold produces its own organic sloe and dry gin in Austria.

Whenever I miss home there is Leopold to give me a short holiday back in Austria. I miss Austrian wine and a good Schnitzel now and then! Also, my true home is very close to Eggenberg Brewery! Nice and refreshing on a sunny afternoon. – Markus Pesendorfer
