The first of three music events with a star-studded lineup to be hosted in Singapore this year, the Sundown Festival 2023, will return this year from August 12 to 13 at Pasir Panjang Power Station. In conjunction with the first-ever Goodstock SpeedFest Singapore, an American-style oval track auto race that will be conducted in Singapore for the first time, the annual Asian art and music festival will be hosted.
The Taiwanese singer-songwriter Jam Hsiao, the Malaysian rapper Namewee, DJ Kim Lee (who you may recognize from Bling Empire), and the world-famous DJs R3HAB and Firebeatz are the festival’s headliners to look forward to. Other performers on the album include the Thai rapper Jarvis, the Korean vocalist Shaun, and local musicians Iman Fandi, Glenn Yong, and Tosh Rock. Tickets will be available online starting on June 20; an early-bird one-day pass costs $128.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT SUNDOWN FESTIVAL 2023
- Dance All Night Long – The Sundown Festival stage will also be graced by international performers including R3HAB and DJ Kim Lee. The first is a multi-platinum Dutch-Moroccan DJ and music producer whose contagious beats have made him a worldwide sensation in the electronic music scene, and the latter is a Dutch DJ and music production duo who rose to fame in the EDM scene with their dance floor hits like “Dear New York” and “Helicopter” and collaborated with musicians like Calvin Harris, Tiesto, and Martin Garrix.
- Plenty of Asian Talent – This year’s Sundown Festival will also include DJ Kim Lee of Bling Empire, the Malaysian rapper Namewee, the Malaysian You-Tubers/dancers 3P, the Taiwanese rapper OSN, the Korean singer Shaun, the Thai rapper Jarvis, as well as Singapore’s own Glenn Yong, Iman Fandi, and Tosh Rock. The festival is known for its diverse lineup of performers and commitment to showcasing the best of Asian music and culture. Newcomers Ai Wei and Zadon are bringing up the rear and prepared to bring the house down.
