Nutmeg & Clove is known for its elevated Singaporean food. Its most recent supper menu contains creative takes on traditional local foods. Start with otak otak, a dish cooked with sea bass and rempah that has a light, fluffy texture and a fair level of spice. The assam batang (which absolutely stole our hearts!) is also a must-try. The spicy cream stew is rich and powerful, and you’ll be sopping up every last drop with the accompanying fluffy garlic Hainanese toast.
