Being one of Asia’s most influential players in the F&B market, it was only a matter of time before Sushi Jin was born in the hands of the Les Amis Group, creating a rounded experience for diners offering high-quality Japanese food, service, and environment without the hefty price tag.

The story of the Eastern Rice Dumplings started more than 40 years ago, in a small kampong village in Katong. It was in this village where Mr. Lim’s grandmother learned the recipe for the Nyonya Rice Dumpling from her neighbors. From then on, his grandmother instilled the importance of this tradition in her grandson, showing him the process of assembling these delicious rice parcels.

We visited months back and the food experience was great. the dumplings were fantastic and had a variety of fillings. The ambiance of the restaurant is great and you feel like you’ve left SG into another world. Overall quite a unique experience and great to have tried Russian food – Kevin KW
Very atmospheric, authentic, and super tasty! They even have journals from the 1960s for added atmosphere – Konstantin Levinski
New to Russian food but I’m now a fan. Feels like home cooking with love. I guess some things transcend cultural boundaries. Had the borscht which was light and fresh, with salted herring deep flavors and amazing when balanced with the bread or potatoes, the dumpling combo was a fun adventure and the medovik was so intensely butterscotch sweet but addictive. All great but gotta say the salted herring was a surprise favorite. Friendly service tops off the experience! – Zhihan Yeo

Someone once laughed that Chinese culture is going out, and the Chinese food on the tip of the tongue is enough. This joke is enough to prove the weight of Chinese food culture in the entire traditional culture. The new immigrants living in Singapore have already integrated the Chinese food culture into the local area through the inheritance, improvement, and innovation of generations and generations so that the Chinese food culture and local food customs are organically combined in the most grounded way. In March 2004, the founder, Fei Liming, founded the hand-in-hand Jinghua Food Museum in Jalan Besar.
