Come learn how to make “Hainanese” rice dumplings in a unique, hands-on Bak Chang experience class! You will put together a pyramid-shaped Hainanese rice dumpling in this session, which is packed with flavorful ingredients including mushrooms, chestnuts, and savory pork. May Lin from Bak Chang Queen will walk attendees through every stage of the procedure while offering insightful advice on how to make rice dumplings. Together with a cooked dumpling to eat at home, participants will bring the assembled dumpling home. *At least 12 people must go.
