The epitome of elegance and good dining in Singapore’s city center is the French restaurant Les Amis, which serves up a gourmet feast. The restaurant, which introduced a Japanese-influenced twist to traditional French cuisine, has had an impact on Singapore’s excellent fine dining scene since 1994.

It is hardly surprising that this restaurant has received excellent evaluations for more than 20 years due to its upscale setting and food from famous Chef Sebastien Lepinoy. The restaurant’s fame has grown significantly since it opened as a stand-alone fine dining business in Singapore, as has the building itself.

Every visitor looking for a one-of-a-kind fine dining experience will be enticed and drawn in by the lovely hosts, seductive setting, an alluring price. By presenting freshly prepared meals using native French ingredients, Chef Lepinoy’s food showcases his technical prowess and mastery of French gastronomy.

Customer Reviews

Although I’m usually not a fan of super fancy food and wasn’t sure what to expect when I entered this low-key but elegant restaurant that just won 3-star again, I was completely blown away by the food. From the beginning till the end, each dish was simply sumptuous. Even the ice cream after the meal was top-notch (I recommend you get two flavors, especially the coffee one). Each dish had layers of tastes and textures that felt very natural together. Service was personal and with a dash of easy humor. Definitely one of the best 3-star restaurants I’ve had around the world. – JY

A very fine balance of flavors surprises you as you go deeper into the layers of their delicacies. My favorite is the slow-cooked ocean trout and the entrees. Bread and butter is their specialty and is served with much care and finesse. – Tom Pepe

Customer Reviews

Excellent food and experience, truly deserving of the two Michelin stars. Appetizers were a nice demonstration of the nuances of flavors. White asparagus and caviar blended nicely. Cornish seabass had a lovely rich feel, and the Welsh lamb was a fantastic mix of flavors that came together so well. The dessert was lovely, enjoyed the conference pear. Service was warm and friendly, with good views of the skyline. The only grouse was the music was a little too loud. – Joy KC

Customer Reviews

What’s really amazing about the food here is how complex but well-balanced the flavors are! I haven’t been able to keep food down for a long time due to morning sickness, but I took one bite of the mushroom pizza and instantly my appetite was back! The holy cow sushi and avocado cheese rolls were so amazing, I never tasted sushi so light but delicious before! Even something as simple as crispy tofu is so well done here. The meal ended perfectly with a dessert of an “egg” made of mango passion fruit and vanilla eggshell. Can’t forget the flavors for a long time. – Grace Koh

Andrew Walsh, the chef of Cure Restaurant, received his training from well-known British chefs like Jason Atherton. As a nod to Irish bacon and cabbage, the excellent finger food offered at this fine dining establishment is sourdough with whisky-brined preserved cabbage.

The eating area at Cure Restaurant is sombre, formal, and silent. Glossy teal surrounds an open kitchen in the back, perfectly encapsulating the atmosphere of the establishment. For a distinctly British vibe, there is a lot of black, slate, and dark wood throughout.

The restaurant manager can see the dining area from above and is prepared to help if the youthful serving staff falters. Typically, the assistant was knowledgeable and skilled. Although serving fine dining-quality meals, Cure maintains a low-key ambiance and is suitable for any occasion thanks to its no-dress code policy.

Customer Reviews

Awesome experience trying modern Irish cuisine. I can tell each dish is made with passion and presented creatively. My husband love it so much that he said he would come back again. My fave is the dodger where they present a main menu on a handmade printed snack box. My second favorite is the childhood memories where they present a Smokey Cracker dessert on a smoked book box. Love it! Thanks for the great night! The chef service and waiters service is 5/5. – Jessica Fedora

The first thing that springs to mind when someone mentions authentic Singaporean food isn’t fancy dining. At Labyrinth Restaurant, a fine dining establishment, Chef-Owner LG Han, on the other hand, lets you experience (and taste) for yourself how beautifully and sensitively he changes well-known regional delicacies.

The lighting and seating arrangements of the Labyrinth restaurant in the Esplanade Mall have been changed to better accommodate the volume of customers. At Restaurant Labyrinth, diners may savor contemporary food and ancient methods merged in paintings, as well as family antiques displayed on the walls.

Regular lunch prices range from $68 to $78 while the Chef’s Tasting Menu is $138 to 178 per person. The meals remain mostly unchanged, with minor adjustments made according to seasonal availability.

Customer Reviews

One of the top restaurants in Singapore and possibly the world. The food here is so delicious and so much fun to eat. It’s really rare to have a chef that doesn’t take themselves too seriously. The food is expertly prepared with amazing service and it’s presented in an interactive and interesting way. The hawker bites came on an actual hawker table! This is the kind of small detail that elevates Labyrinth to the next level. – Matthew Hyland

Odette, a gourmet dining establishment at Singapore’s National Gallery, has garnered several awards in just six years. Regrettably, it seemed as though spending was keeping up with achievements. The Odette restaurant, which debuted in 2015, is a magnificent combination of French cuisine and Japanese-French fusion. The cuisine at this restaurant combines the best components of the two cultures to create delectable flavor combinations that pleased your taste sensations throughout your whole meal.

In order to produce dishes that are both original and elegant, chef Julien Royer set out to make them more approachable to the client. With delicious meals like Foie Gras Terrine with Kumquat Marmalade or Tandoori Suckling Piglet, this method has won significant praise from the general audience and reviewers.

This fine dining establishment’s menu changes according to the seasons and the availability of fresh products. It provides a lovely ambiance where you may have supper and enjoy some relaxing music. The staff is kind and helpful when needed, and the service is excellent. Odette is the place to go if you want to enjoy a wonderful fine dining experience when you eat out. You’ll want more food and atmosphere after experiencing it!

Customer Reviews

I’ve always been a firm believer that the devil is in the details and I honestly can’t name one (even small) thing wrong about Odette. Where we sat was right in front of their transparent kitchen which gives you a wonderful unencumbered view of the gorgeous dining room and bar (hints of Art Deco design and very soothing). The dishes were all on point, with enough creativity, and without being overboard. – Kit W

The Swissotel Stamford’s fine dining establishment is called Skai. It is situated on the 70th floor and offers a breathtaking view over Singapore’s City Hall area. The interior is tidy and contemporary. A contemporary feel is created by the use of modernized wood furniture, vibrant orange chairs, and plush cushions.

One of my favorite menus is Executive Chef Paul Hallett’s, which features a range of contemporary fusion meals. It’s challenging to give the cuisine an ethnic twist. There are many grilled types of meat (mostly beef) and appetizers with a tinge of Asian flavor on the one hand.

Modern and elegant food is served. Due to the variety of ingredients used in each meal, the chef’s ingenuity and skill are unmatched. Foodies looking for something outstanding and unique will find precisely what they’re looking for in SKAI. The personnel was really kind, the food was swiftly removed off the table, and the servers treat you like royalty.

Customer Reviews

Beautiful views and amazing food! The meal started with warm bread and butter which I enjoyed throughout the meal. For my entree, it was a bit expensive, but I got the tenderloin that came with a crab cake on top. Combined with the sauce, it was all delicious. The Wimberly tart for dessert was VERY berry-y, so might have gone for a chocolate dessert instead, but I was still satisfied with it. I definitely recommend it for the experience! – Alex Issokson
