At TOUCH Adoption, we believe that every child is a precious gift and deserves a permanent and loving home. TOUCH Adoption offers a holistic range of services including child placement, home study, workshops, counselling, support groups and resources to prospective adopters, adoptive parents, adoptees as well as birth parents.
TOUCH Adoption was set up in July 2001 when it became the first agency in Singapore to be accredited to conduct home study for inter-country adoption. It is one of two accredited agencies to facilitate adoption of children in China. In addition, it is the only licensed foreign placement agency with the Government of India for the adoption of children in India. In 2003, it received a social enterprise award for its vision to run a one-stop adoption service centre.
