    Ritika constantly motivated & guided me. She designed small & short term goals. I started seeing results in a week and a month into the program, I had lost 4 kgs and I felt rejuvenated and my skin felt better. By the end of three months I had lost 12 KG. This was possible because of her constant motivation & dedication.

    Ritika’s help is immeasurable in terms of encouragement and compassion. But you need to foot her line and follow what she recommends. Just trust her with your weight issues and she will show you the right way to overcome!

      Motivating,Inspirational and just a call away. Her diet fits your lifestyle completely. She texts or calls you if she does not receive her daily updates on time. With her help not only did i loose weight, my sleep improved too and i have more energy.

    Ritika is awesome! Regardless of whether you’re Fit or Fat, Ritika will take you to a complete next level of fitness. Her diet program uses only stuff that you eat anyway. Nothing foreign, nothing new. With a little less of this and a little more that, voila! She can help you make magic happen. She’s a passionate, committed, task master who’ll help you focus while enjoying the journey. I speak from experience. I’m my fittest self, probably fitter than I was in my 20’s.

    Ritika is extremely knowledgeable, positive and approachable with her clients. She guides and motivates me at every step. Her diet plan has helped me in achieving my goals in the right manner and hence no more cravings for me! Any query I shoot at her related to nutrition, by the end of the day (no matter how late it is) Ritika gets back to me making my “fat-loss” and not weight loss process easier.     Ritika is an extremely passionate coach. She invested, and what’s best about her, and makes her different is she’s done it herself, and maintained this lifestyle. I would recommend her to anyone who’s been struggling and really trying to stay on track. She is the real deal.

    She is a great diet coach. She will make sure that you are doing what you’re supposed to be doing. Always motivated that I can achieve my goal. I started noticing the difference in me within a month and always looked up for her guidance.

    One of the great decisions I took is to get a diet from Ritika. She is not only a dietitian she is a lifestyle therapist who would understand what are your behaviour patterns and why and how to curb your cravings in a holistic way. She is Understanding and good listener, approachable and totally devoted to her clients. I would highly recommend her.

    She has transformed herself from fat to fit…..so her methods are tested personally, hence completely reliable and most importantly maintainable in long run. Best part of her plans is her personal interest and everyday checking, especially for people who donot have constant self-motivated! And that’s what makes the whole plan a success!

    Ritika helped me to achieve my goal of losing the last bit of stubborn fat. I was unable to do so on my own! The best part of her program was, I never starved or did rigorous exercise.

    + PROS: The pros are that one is motivated as she is very hands on. If I was to do it on my own, I would’ve done it so I feel it’s important to have someone like Ritika encouraging you:)
    - CONS: Haha! You are answerable so gotta be on a watch specially if eating sweets or consuming wine!
