From teaching in a small rented classroom in Lakeside, we have expanded our centre across the third level of Beauty World. Today, we have transformed into a Leading Premium Math Specialist in Bukit Timah, securing top results in the country for major examinations. Boosting a Distinction rate of 90% as well as a 100% AB rate, we pride ourselves in delivering results.
No tutor or educator can, or will, guarantee distinction. Here at Math Academia, we do our best in helping each student reach his greatest potential. By building a conducive environment where inquisitive thinking and asking of questions are encouraged, students feel welcomed and comfortable clarifying their doubts with Mr Peng, which facilitates active learning. We pride ourselves with our very own Student Portal on our website, exclusively for our very own students. Filled with a wide collection of supplementary materials in the portal, consisting of worksheets and multimedia, we are able to support our students’ learning even outside of lessons. With our Student Portal, we hope to encourage our students to take charge of their learning by accessing the supplementary worksheets in order to ensure an all-rounded understanding of the topic. Students may also approach their tutors if they encounter any doubts while doing their revision as our team of tutors are always ready to help their students even outside of lesson time.
With all our tutors being ex-MOE tutors, our tutors have a strong understanding of what is required of the students for the national examination. As most of our tutors have more than 10 years of teaching experience, they are able to point out common misconceptions to their students and ensure that students do not fall trap to such misconceptions.
