You’re encouraged to socialize and have fun with new people because of the laid-back attitude.

Situated in close proximity to the LRT, Travel Hub KL offers easy access to all major modes of transportation, as well as the renowned speakeasy bars, cafés, and night markets that have contributed to this city’s famous reputation. In addition, they provide a sufficient number of amenities for their devoted patrons, including an on-site parking lot, a grocery shop that makes it easier for visitors to purchase and prepare meals, a gym for fitness enthusiasts, and laundry facilities for extended stays. Additionally, there is an ATM nearby that is accessible by foot in under one minute.

We loved staying at this hostel! The common rooms are huge and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was also the best one we’ve seen so far on our travels through Thailand and Malaysia. Everything is super clean.
The atmosphere here is just great. We stayed in the dorms and found it quite pleasant as there are walls separating every bed and also a curtain through which you can enter your little space. The only negatives: it’s a little cold in the dorms and there’s a disco with loud music nearby. But if you wear earplugs, it won’t bother you. The staff was super friendly, and it was no problem to change two single beds to one double bed. Totally recommend! – Sabrina Hassler

With a green café offering a range of foods, including vegetarian and vegan alternatives, as well as coffee, tea, fruit juices, and milkshakes, their expansive common space creates a cozy and laid-back atmosphere.

They are a green hostel that utilizes paper bags, metallic straws, and tries to use as little single-use plastic as possible. Additionally, they include a private stage where visitors may jam together and occasionally host live performances! Buses to the nearby major attractions and both airports, KLIA and KLIA2, may be caught from this extremely accessible position.

PODs was a great hostel and place to stay while in KL. Although it is a bit outside the gentrified part (near Petronas), the location is amazing for a great cultural and culinary experience in Brickfields (Little India). The cafe downstairs provides a great work environment, one the best Wifi speeds I have experienced in all of South East Asia. Amazing hospitality and front desk. Stayed in a 16 bedroom my first night, and a 2 bedroom pod my remaining nights. If you like a bit more privacy, I would recommend bumping up to a more private room. Very neat and clean rooms. I opted for their comfortable single-suite room. They also have a lounge with some facilities. Good for working, having your meals, and socializing with other people at The Bed, KLCC. The best thing – there’s a coffee shop-cum-breakfast place just opposite the reception. The well-placed Birdnest Collective Cafe & Guesthouse provides a distinctive boutique experience for comfortable lodging in the heart of Petaling Street, Kuala Lumpur. With the bus and MRT stations just a short distance away, the location offers convenient and straightforward travel to the majority of tourist attractions. Every room at the guesthouse includes air conditioning and a private bathroom. It also has a sizable garden rooftop café with pastries, coffee, and real Western cuisine. A great spot to unwind where you can kick back and take in the city’s sunset beauty.

Good room compared to what I experienced during my trip to Malaysia. But the service is simply amazing. They are very helpful I you have any questions about what to do in KL or Malaysia. The manager allowed me to leave my backpack for nearly 2 weeks for free and offered me coffee, shower & towel even when I wasn’t staying for the night.
