By 2021, GTE localize has three offices in Singapore, Vietnam, and the United States, with 40 full-time staff and a network of 1200+ native linguists globally.

GTE Localize has built our own management system called G-One to make the workflow run more smoothly and efficiently. The system owns three key functions:
- Translation management system (TMS) where all project details are recorded systematically, and jobs are assigned to in-house linguists or freelancers automatically.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) helps our team monitor relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Vendor Portal (VP) where jobs and invoices can be received, delivered, and managed by our vendor managers and linguists.
We are a partner of many translation and localization management platforms such as Crowdin, Lokalise, etc. that help clients easily track progress and manage projects in a single platform. CAT Tools are also used by our team for all projects to boost linguist’s productivity.
GTE Localize understands that quality linguists are the heart and soul of a great translation. Thus, we only assign senior linguists with at least 5 years of experience as full-time translators to work on our projects. In fact, the average years of experience of our In-house translator team are 8.2 years.
Both in-house linguists, freelancers and our team of project managers have continuously received pieces of training to guarantee the consistent quality of our services over the years.
Our focus is not on providing the cheapest translations in the market. Instead, we strive to bring clients value-for-money localization services to ensure that clients receive the best value for every dollar they send to us.
