From January 1 through December 24, 2021, the hotel’s main restaurant, 15 Stamford, will have an “Enchanted Express” concept and offer 3- or 4-course lunch selections or a 5-course dinner menu with wine pairing. With food, flavors, and culinary methods drawn from the most beautiful train journeys and stations on the continent, 15 Stamford Street is celebrating Asia. The brunch buffet at 15 Stamford will be all-you-can-eat on Christmas and Boxing Day.

We got the grand deluxe room which is more than enough space for a small family of three. No bathtub though so might need to take note of that. Navigating the channels on the TV seems sluggish but not really an issue for me. – Indra Iskandar

One-Ninety at Four Seasons Hotel

Put your bib on and get ready to chow down because this Christmas Day semi-buffet spread is going to be amazing! Shellfish, preserved meats, salads, and appetizers are good ways to start a gathering. By choosing from items like turkey, wagyu beef, smoked air-dried black forest ham, as well as hot main dishes and salads, you can also free up space for the live carving stations. Do you intend to bring your kids? They’ll go crazy for the ice cream truck and the array of holiday treats.

Love the seasonal high tea menu. Been here for a couple of times. The staffs are always attentive. Good selections of tea. Appetizers are refreshing. Lawry’s Prime Rib

Enjoy a wonderful supper and a fun evening with family and friends! On Christmas Eve, a six-course meal featuring holiday favorites is the perfect way to celebrate. Start off with gyoza dumplings, pan-seared foie gras, Chilean scallops, and lobster bisque. There is a delightful choice of main courses, like ORA king salmon or the distinguished roast prime rib of beef with turkey and Atlantic lobster tail grilled. For dessert, pick between chocolate pistachio cake and berry opera cake. Christmas Day menu options include the legendary spinning bowl salad and BBQ bacon-wrapped chicken.

One of my favorite beef places. The prime rib is very good, with various sizes for different appetites, ranging from 130g all the way to a gargantuan 450g. The entire dining experience was very good as well. Service was attentive, the ambiance is comfortable, and there is a complimentary cake for your birthday month. Prices are on the high side, but there are some promotions that will bring it to a more reasonable range. – Sihan Goi

Pan Pacific Singapore

Now that the holidays have come, it’s time to gather with your loved ones for a sumptuous Christmas meal. top on our priority list? Edge’s buffet experience, à la carte. Popular dishes include slow-cooked spiced beef brisket, glazed gammon ham with pineapple chutney, and crusted almond-crusted turkey breast with caramelized apples and crème fraiche. Save space for dessert because the menu includes chocolate yule log, English fruit cake, and Christmas pudding with brandy sauce as well as other mouthwatering sweet treats. Come famished!

Lovely property! Our stay was quite comfortable. Rooms are small but nice and have good facilities including a water purifier which is great as you can refill your bottles and avoid plastic. Excellent breakfast and recreational facilities. And perfect location. Highly recommend! – Rachna Narula

Alley on 25

In your coziest Christmas sweater, make your way to Alley on 25 for Christmas Eve dinner or Christmas Day brunch. Your appetite is whetted by the Christmas plate, which features a range of grilled meats and fish. Here, they’re discussing turkey breast, tiger prawns, herb-crusted lamb chops, and beef Wellington. Do you feel sophisticated after reading this? Sashimi and fresh seafood dishes like salmon tartare and French oysters are available in the premium edition. Your Christmas supper should be finished with desserts like apple strudel, speculoos soft serve ice cream, and mango with passionfruit pavlova.

Worth a visit for the Lazy breakfast buffet which starts at Noon. We tried it over the CNY weekend and really enjoyed the attentive service, great selection and also the comfortable seating layout. You get a choice of your main entre (like the Crab Pasta) which is served and the regular sides which is buffet style. Fat Prince

It’s not necessary to have a traditional Christmas meal in Singapore. This year, Fat Prince is providing a variety of festive modern Middle Eastern dishes. Diners have the option of ordering items à la carte or from a set menu that includes one mezze, one main dish, one side dish, and one dessert along with a glass of cava to begin. Enjoy remaining specialties, such as the Spiced Roasted Duck Breast with Caramelized Endive and Pumpkin Puree and Flame Grilled Argentinian Red Prawns with Green Gazpacho.

Amazing food and service, interesting cocktails! The unassuming falafel salad took me by surprise with its rich and contrasting flavors. Cod was fresh and had just the right amount of firmness, and was crisp and well-battered on the outside. Will surely be returning to try the rest of the menu. – Berdy K

The Garage at Singapore Botanico Gardens

This year, our favorite Botanic Gardens offer two options for a festive family feast. The Bee’s Knees will keep you busy with a leisurely Christmas brunch that features BBQ pork jowl and cajun chicken as well as a really delicious meat platter to split. The Bee’s Knees has it all covered, with BBQ pork jowl, cajun chicken, and kurobuta sausages.

Botanico is definitely one of the hidden gems in the Botanic Gardens! We ordered four five-course dinner sets. The food was great! We especially loved the Wagyu beef cheek and chocolate cake. The service here was also impressive. We were attended by Mr. Hakim, a sincere gentleman who made us feel welcome throughout the entire dining experience. I’d definitely recommend Botanico if you are into gourmet food and good vibes. – Lewis Lee
