Formed as a five-piece in 1989, Take That is renowned for their spectacular live performances and holds the record for the most shows at London’s The O2 with 34 headline performances. Their 2011 Progress tour set box office records, selling over 1 million tickets in less than 24 hours, and ranked third worldwide on Billboard’s ‘Top 25 Tours’ list. In 2019, they celebrated their 30th anniversary with the sold-out 38-date Odyssey tour, performing at 29 arenas and 9 stadiums, and selling over 650,000 tickets.
Take That’s ninth studio album, This Life, released last year, became the UK’s biggest-selling album of 2023, outselling the entire Top 25 combined. Recorded primarily in Nashville and New York, the album showcases Gary, Mark, and Howard’s vocals with beautiful melodies and harmonies. The lead single ‘Windows’ is their first original song in over five years, marking a new era of creativity and energy for the band.
In 2018, they celebrated their 30th anniversary with the greatest hits album Odyssey, featuring re-imagined versions of their biggest tracks. The album topped the charts and was followed by a successful UK and European tour in 2019.
