Welcome to Stranger Things – The Encounter, an immersive experience that transports you to seven significant locales from the wildly popular TV show. Interact with characters from the Stranger Things Universe, eat wonderful things, and capture the day in stunning images! After the spectacular conclusion at Creel House, when your trip comes to an end, you may relax with some food and shop for event-only merchandise in Starcourt Mall.
For audiences 13 and older, Stranger Things: The Encounter is advised. It is advised that every Minor travels with a parent or other responsible adult.
What to Expect at Stranger Things The Encounter
- Visit the show’s visually striking places: Visit locations including Palace Arcade, Starcourt Mall, Hellfire Club, Joyce’s House, The Lab, The Upside Down, and the iconic Creel House when you enter the Stranger Things universe.
- Purchase specialized goods at Starcourt Mall: You may purchase unique Stranger Things-themed merchandise in an immersive store area, including clothing, limited Collector figurines, posters, games, and much more.
- Enjoy some great cuisine: At Scoops Ahoy and Surfer Boy Pizza, indulge in memorable culinary moments from the series to sate your appetites.
- Participate in the Stranger Things World: Explore various spaces while keeping an eye out for interactive Easter eggs. Will could call you to ask for assistance in preventing a rift from emerging!
- Use your XPASS to collect and customized digital collectibles: Your XPASS is more than simply a ticket for entry; it’s a record of your experience! Purchase a T-shirt or tote bag at the event, print your design, and take it home as a special souvenir.

I’m a fan of stranger things and would definitely recommend going! Maybe on weekdays since it’s cheaper. We took the last slot on Saturday and was surprisingly empty. Staff were vv friendly and offered to help us take many many photos even at till the end thanks for such a wonderful experience! – Jan W
Big fan of the series and really enjoyed this walkthrough event. The sets really brought me back to the moments from the various seasons and loved the photo ops. The star court mall section had a lot of authentic Netflix merch and even limited edition items. Even a room where you could customize your own t-shirt or bag. The ice cream from scoops ahoy was REALLY good. Must try! It was definitely something different to do on a weekend. Super convenient location and fully airconditioned! – Victor Tan
