On Mother’s Day, kids are supposed to honor their mothers and tell them how much they appreciate them. Children frequently do this by sending flowers, a note, a gift, or a phone call if they are unable to meet in person that day.
In Singapore, it’s also common practice to treat your mother to a lavish meal, or at the very least to prepare one for her. Many people venture outside to go for walks or picnics by the seaside with their mothers and other family members.
