The renowned novel by the inimitable Roald Dahl served as the inspiration for the multi-award-winning production Matilda The production, produced by the Royal Shakespeare Company. Matilda The Musical, with a book by Dennis Kelly and original tunes by Tim Minchin, tells the tale of a remarkable little child who, equipped with a keen intellect and a vivid imagination, dares to take a stand and alter her own fate.
Matilda The Musical has been thrilling audiences in London’s West End and all around the world for more than ten years. It is the recipient of 99 international awards, including 24 for Best Musical.

- Children under the age of three will not be permitted entrance. Anyone who is 4 years old or older must have a ticket to enter. Everyone entering the venue, regardless of age, must have a ticket, and minors under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- If you arrive late, you cannot be admitted until there is an appropriate break in the performance.
- Food and drink items must be consumed or thrown away before entering the Sands Theatre; they will not be permitted.
