Marvel’s Spider-Man 2’s release date has been made public. The eagerly awaited follow-up will be released on October 20 for PlayStation 5. The following pricing applies to the Standard, Digital Deluxe, and Collector versions of the game.

The game, all pre-order bonuses, 10 special outfits (five of each), extra Photo Mode frames and stickers, and two more skill points are all included in the Digital Deluxe edition.

Explore New York with Peter Parker and Miles Morales
Players will get to explore Marvel’s New York as both of the characters in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2. They will seize both Spider-Men at various moments during the main plot of the campaign.
Fans’ favorite bad guys like Venom, Lizard, and Kraven will confront players as they explore Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn; it’s up to them to use Peter and Miles’ new skills to prevail.
Venom is not Eddie Brock
The fact that Venom won’t be Eddie Brock, as it first transpired in the original comic books, is another major revelation. At the Summer Game Fest 2023, the creative director of Insomniac Games reaffirmed this.
We wanted to portray a unique tale that hasn’t previously been featured in comic books or movies, so it’s not Eddie Brock, said Intihar.
