We had our Annual Company Dinner at Carousel this year. It was a splendid choice indeed. The exceptional & outstanding service and professionalism even rolled up before we started the dinner. Began with the Restaurant Manager (Mr. Mogan) who ensured that our experience would be a memorable one. The array of food served at the buffet stations and the taste is beyond expectations. Our Bosses and staff enjoyed their meal. We had a great time bonding while being served by your attentive, polite, and professional service crews namely Mr. Sara, Ms Eiyan and Ms. Grace – especially Mr. Sara who was superb throughout to ensure that we were all comfortable & enjoyed our experience at Carousel. We had the International Women’s Day Party Set and I must say it was better than I expected. Our food arrived on time and was kept in a huge thermal bag. The helpful, courteous, and attentive staff adds to the pleasant dining experience. I appreciate the good selection of tea bags, and the soft jazz music playing in the background. They appeared to have only a few veggies such as sliced cucumber and tomatoes, though there are some fruits (honeydew, watermelon, blueberries, grapes, and pineapple), and mostly meat stuff like chicken and seafood (the latter of which I’m allergic to), so having more leafy greens would be better to ensure that the guests can have a healthy balanced diet. – Jimmy Tan

To be honest was very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant the honey garlic chicken was probably the best I’ve ever had the other options were also very tasty the wait staff was friendly and welcoming the decor could be improved a little but the food wow will be my go to place for Chinese sushi and seafood but also be warned the meal portions are huge 9/10. – Danielle Palmer

I ordered a set for 8 pax and 3 additional dishes and my family of 12 pax ended up packing some of the food home because the portions were generous and we couldn’t finish. Highly recommend Jiak @ Hillv2 – it is now one of my family’s favourite places to jiak at whenever we crave tzechar. The food is reasonably priced and every single dish we’ve tried is so yummy! Our favorites are the curry fish head, prawn paste chicken, and squid ink seafood bee hoon. The staff are also very friendly, especially a young cheerful Chinese male staff.
