The Serangoon Road, Bukit Timah Road, and Sungei Road intersection is where the Little India Deepavali Street Light Up begins. Musical instruments like the sitar and tabla are the theme of this year’s street light-up decoration. These are featured on the arches, and the dazzling lights stretch over the roads.
