Background
Vincent Locksmith was first established in 2006 as a small business. Vincent Lee, the owner of the business, entered the locksmith industry when he realized that he relished tackling challenges and coming up with practical and creative solutions, and found that locksmithing provided a great outlet for all of the above.
After discovering that the locksmith industry in Singapore was lacking in customer-centric quality service and affordably priced services, these aspects were introduced and reinforced in our offerings.

An example would be the recent spate of letterbox break-ins and the stealing of grocery vouchers, that shocked and unsettled many Singaporeans. Before this happened, we were already exercising vigilance by encouraging our customers to keep their letterbox flaps shut, and requiring IC verification before the letterbox lock could be opened and/or changed. We also introduced higher security lock options that customers could choose to secure their letterboxes.

Lock opening and emergency lockouts
We provide non-destructive lock opening services using professional tools to open locks that are not spoilt. This preserves the integrity of the lock’s function and security. In turn, this also allows the lock to be reused again, which encourages our customers to value their lock and not replace it unnecessarily, thereby reducing cost in the long-term run. In addition, we also respond to urgent calls for commercial and residential sectors, with our appointment schedule and opening hours permitting.
Lock replacement and changing
Need to have your locks changed for security purposes? Lost your keys? Or moving into your new apartment soon? Furnish us a photo of your lock, and we can send you a quote. We are open to commercial and residential sectors. Some examples of locks that we can change are HDB BTO room door locks, main door and main gate locks, letterbox locks, roller shutter locks and glass door locks.
Lock maintenance and repair
Depending on the lock type, and on the severity of the issue, we can advise you further on what needs to be done, or to repair the lock. One of the most successful tips we’ve offered our customers is on how to open their own letterbox lock with their own key, if it gets stuck. In addition, if your round door knob keeps locking by itself, and you always need to open it with your key, it’s not spoiled. We have another useful tip that can help you to resolve this issue.
