Project Hair’s beginning was a little less conventional. It started out as a project (pun intended) to allow a company’s staff to have more say in their own destiny, as long as it aligned with the company’s philosophy of quality service for an excellent customer experience. Another major goal was to attest to the public that there are salons like ours where a customer can relax, knowing they won’t be relentlessly badgered to upgrade their service or sign up for packages.
Our founders consist of a former Singapore Airlines leading crew and, thankfully, a still employed executive in the oil & gas industry. They consider every staff a partner and colleague in the quest to create a better work environment and allow both personal and professional growth in the process. It’s never easy to balance such goals but the challenge is what drives us.
At Project Hair, this is our promise to you:

- We don’t pay or provide incentives to our customers to write reviews. What you read online, good or bad, is from our real customers.
So from a haircut to highlight or rebonding, we hope we get an opportunity to serve you and prove ourselves worthy of it.
