Came here for lunch. Attentive and helpful staff. Good environment. Kids friendly. The foods are as good as the desserts. I highly recommend the masak lemak cili padi smoked beef spaghetti. The gravy was creamy and flavourful. The added tomato balance out the creaminess of gravy while adding a good amount of sweetness and tanginess to it. Grilled chicken chop is tad bit dry. Iced melon peach tea is soooooo good. A bit sweet for those who are not familiar with sweet drinks. Mango cheesecake is just so-so. But the main highlight is the waffle! We picked salted macadamia and fudge brownies ice cream to pair together with the waffle. A MUST TRY! The saltiness and bitter taste of chocolate is a perfect pairing. This is my second time visiting Jaslyn Cakes @ Bangsar, I must say their cakes are certainly addictive, i have seen comments saying too sweet, it depends on the cake if you opt for the ones with fruit jam filling then it can be sweet but for me the cakes were excellent. The fruit jams they’re using is high quality, i am certain about that and the cakes may seem little pricey, if they are using high-quality ingredients I don’t see any issues with price.
