The Finest Dim Sum in Singapore

Dim sum is a Cantonese word that literally means “touch the heart.” It is a style of Chinese cuisine characterized by small, bite-sized dishes served in steamer baskets or on small plates. There are many different types of dim sum available, all of which are delicious. From steamed buns to fried dumplings, there is something to suit everyone’s taste. Dim sum is typically served with tea, making it the perfect way to start or end your day in Singapore

What makes a good Dim Sum?

An excellent dim sum should be well-balanced, with a variety of both savory and sweet dishes. There should be a good mix of textures, including some crunchy and soft items. The dumplings should be cooked properly so they are not too doughy. The flavors should be well-balanced and not too overwhelming. The overall experience should be enjoyable, with good service and a pleasant atmosphere.

Best dim sum in Geylang area, located at sims ave. We ordered in total 6 dishes + 3 egg tarts with 2 drinks for S$36. We got a table at the bottom of the restaurant, place is a bit noisy because of the music. The century egg congee was very yummy and it was really filling, the fried yam is tasty as well.
