Two Singaporean actors secure spots in the prestigious list of the 100 Most Handsome Faces in the World for 2023
Recently, a list of the 100 Most Handsome Faces of 2023 was released. It just so happens that Singapore is represented on this international list by not one, but two handsome guys who are well-known in our local entertainment industry.
The 30-year-old television personality, model, and actor Ayden Sng is making his first appearance on the list with a 14th-place ranking. Reposting a screenshot of his appearance on Instagram, Ayden expressed his gratitude for the acknowledgment by writing, “Wrapping off the year with this! Swipe to see when I think I look my best—because [hardworking guys are the most handsome]—I feel very honored to be a Singapore representative.
It’s interesting to note that rather than flawless model-esque photographs, the remaining images he shared are all stills of him playing out situations in which he appears upset, furious, or distraught.
Ayden surpasses celebrities such as Hollywood actors Jason Momoa (#21) and Chris Evans (#61), former members of One Direction Zayn Malik (#26) and Harry Styles (#31), and Korean singers Jung Kook (#16) and Jimin (#46).
The 26-year-old singer-actor Glenn Yong is also in the charts; this is his second consecutive year on the list. His initial ranking in 2022 was number 62, which is a few spots higher than his current ranking of 75 for 2023.
However, none of the Singaporean women were able to get a spot in the 2023 list of Most Beautiful Faces.

The organization that bestows this yearly prize, TC Candler, claims that almost 300,000 celebrities from across the globe were considered for the final selection of 100. They also insist that other factors, such as “elegance,” “originality,” “passion,” and “poise,” are taken into account when determining rankings, and that aesthetic beauty is only one of the standards.
