We have a wide range of fresh and refreshing teas curated just for you. Each of our teas is healthy and enriched by nature. We use high-grade tea leaves that others usually do not use to make bubble tea. Our teas are brewed using a combination of cutting-edge technology and traditional tea philosophy to retain their goodness.

The process starts by steaming and hydrating the tea leaves, then extracting geraniol and phenylacetaldehyde, giving the tea its natural fruity and floral scent. We also extract polyphenol, catechins and antioxidants from the tea leaves to provide our tea with an earthy aroma. Finally, we give the tea leaves a last rinse to extract the tannins without the bitterness to give it the signature sweet aftertaste. This streamlined process ensures we give you fresh and flavourful tea consistently.

Also, our brown sugar pearls are different from others as we cook and simmer them for more than 3 hours. This allows the brown sugar to infuse into the pearls and bring out its flavour and fragrance every time you chew it. Therefore, we are confident when you taste our brown sugar pearls, you will be able to identify that they are from The Whale Tea even with your eyes closed.

Some of our other start ingredients include peach gum, chia seed, honey pearls, osmanthus and hawthorn. These wonderful ingredients not only add to the flavour but are also excellent for our health. For example, the peach gum has zero calories, zero fats, 100% natural collagen, and is rich in plant fibre that helps you stay fit, youthful and beautiful. Also, our cold-brew osmanthus green tea series does not contain caffeine, making it suitable for everyone.
