How can I communicate with the assigned staff on what to expect?
In Kidibliss app, we have an inbox chat function where you will be able to communicate with the assigned staff.
What are the precautions taken for Covid-19?
All our staff is either full vaccinated or have a negative ART test. We will also conduct an internal check for the staff’s health and travel declaration before they provide their service.
How do I know whether my booking is successful?
You will receive an app notification whenever a staff is assigned to your booking. Kindly enable the notifications in the phone settings.
Can I cancel my bookings if I have made alternative care arrangements?
Yes. You can cancel your booking for free as long as you make the cancellation more than 24 hours prior to the start time of your booking.
Do note that bookings cannot be cancelled within 24 hours of the start time and will still be chargeable.
How do I go about making refunds for my bookings?
You can proceed to make a cancellation and refund more than 24 hours before the start time of your booking.
