PanCare Medical Clinic

We made the decision to schedule both in-person and online sessions for this study after learning about the PanCare Medical Clinic’s tele-consult services’ effectiveness. Unfortunately, the clinic was closed for its five-hour break when we called to make a reservation. It was much easier to make an appointment in person at the clinic on a different day, so we sent a team member there to do it. Even though the clinic was completely booked that day, speaking with the receptionist aided in making a reservation.

Except for the booking procedure, the teleconsultation went well, and our attending physician arrived on time. A list of vitamins to take was given to us, and we talked about the medical data we had provided. The clinic provides assistance with company-required health screening procedures as well as services for managing chronic diseases. Also, PanCare Medical Clinic is a CHAS-funded clinic, so that’s another bonus for us!
