The applicable suite categories include Junior Suites, One-Bedroom Suites, Royal Suites, Ambassador Suites, and Presidential Suites, with rates starting from S$850 per room per night.

The eligibility for vouchers is automatically determined using rainfall data from the National Environmental Agency Weather Station, without requiring guests to present their itineraries. Vouchers are activated when rainfall surpasses 120 cumulative minutes within any four-hour window from 8 am to 7 pm. This exclusive package has a limited availability, and the vouchers must be redeemed within six months from the date of issuance.
