InterContinental Singapore Introduces Complimentary Night Stay Promotion on Rainy Days is part of the hotel’s effort to attract travelers and add a touch of excitement to their stay. Guests booking a two-night stay are eligible for the promotion, and if it rains during their visit, they receive an additional night for free. This creative initiative aims to create a memorable experience for guests and adds an element of unpredictability to their travel plans.
Unforeseen rain can put a damper on your travel plans, especially if they involve outdoor activities. InterContinental Singapore is turning the tide on inclement weather with its innovative Rain Resist Bliss Package.
This unique rain insurance offering provides eligible guests, staying in select suites, with a voucher equivalent to a one-night stay rate in case their plans are thwarted by rain during their visit. The applicable suite categories include Junior Suites, One-Bedroom Suites, Royal Suites, Ambassador Suites, and Presidential Suites, with rates starting from S$850 per room per night.
The Rain Resist Bliss Package from InterContinental Singapore has garnered global attention, with its unique concept stemming from a casual conversation among friends about the epitome of luxury travel. General Manager Andreas Kraemer shared with CNN that the idea of ensuring good weather became the inspiration for this innovative offering.
The eligibility for vouchers is automatically determined using rainfall data from the National Environmental Agency Weather Station, without requiring guests to present their itineraries. Vouchers are activated when rainfall surpasses 120 cumulative minutes within any four-hour window from 8 am to 7 pm. This exclusive package has a limited availability, and the vouchers must be redeemed within six months from the date of issuance.
