Consumers advised not to buy from 12 web based business linked to Sakura Buffet Pte Ltd.
The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) has revoked the licence of Sakura Buffet Pte Ltd effective from May 10, 2024, due to significant food safety issues. The violations include serving undercooked and mouldy food, as well as food contaminated with foreign objects such as hair and insects.
An investigation revealed that the food supplied by various web-based businesses originated from Sakura Buffet Pte Ltd, which was licensed by the SFA for catering services.
